FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for a globally established business with a UK Head Office ideally based in Warwick.
Working as part of a really lovely finance team, suitable candidates will ideally be experienced with both Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger (FYI - this role will be slightly biased towards Purchase Ledger).

Duties Will Include
- Statement reconciliation
- Dealing with supplier enquiries
- Processing expenses & petty cash receipts / payments
- Matching, batching & coding invoices - processing onto the relevant ledger
- Assisting with set-up and approval of ad-hoc payments
- Preparation of VAT reports
- Assist with ad hoc reports & duties as required to complete month end accounts
- Creation of Sales Ledger Accounts & assisting with Sales Ledger Reconciliations and cover when required
- Production of monthly debtors reports when required and for cover
