Looking for your next move in Quantity Surveying? Our client, a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, is on the hunt for a Senior Contract Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a multi-phase residential development (350 homes - traditional build).

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing cash flow, budgets & cost control

* Overseeing procurement & subcontractor management

* Preparing valuations, CVRs & final accounts

* Ensuring projects run on time & within budget

* Working closely with production & technical teams

What You Need:

* Relevant qualification (HND/HNC/Degree in QS/Construction)

* Strong experience in main contracting & mixed-tenure projects

* Knowledge of UK building regulations & health & safety

* Experience with remeasuring groundworks, piling & RC frame

* Excellent negotiation & communication skills
