You will be a proactive and organised Sales Administrative Assistant, and you will be welcomed into a dynamic sales team. You will provide essential administrative support to the sales management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities.

Are you the right person for the job?

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
What will your role look like?

Client Presentation and Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of client presentations and meetings, including the organisation of samples and other necessary materials
Quotation Proposals: Prepare detailed and accurate quotation proposals for clients, ensuring all required information is included and presented professionally
Data Compilation: Liaise across various departments to compile and organise necessary data for sales reports, proposals, and presentations
CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all client information is current and accurate
Visit Notes & Action Follow-Up: Document notes from client visits and meetings, ensuring all action points are followed up and completed in a timely manner
Calendar Management: Manage the calendars of the sales management team, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of queries
Report Generation: Generate regular sales reports and assist in the analysis of sales data to support strategic decision-making
