We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading digital tech and production agency that specialises in creating and managing product data, rich media, and online experiences for well-known brands.

Duties

• Full preparation of management and year-end accounts, schedules, and reconciliations
• Cash management, forecasting, and debt collection oversight
• Managing supplier processes and overseeing invoice authorisations and payments
• Submitting VAT returns and completing reconciliations
• Supporting the budgeting process (P&L, balance sheets, cashflows, KPIs)
• Handling short-term (13-week) cashflow forecasting and managing banking relationships
• Leading the budgeting process, consolidating sales and costs, and coordinating the budget timeline
• Acting as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors
• Overseeing credit control, debt reporting, and full monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Prior audit experience in practice is preferred but not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with Sage is preferred
