Your new companyYou will be working for a global consultancy firm in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week with the remaining days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary EMEA HR Associate for an initial 3 month period with the potential for this role to become permanent.Some duties will include:

  • Working as part of our EMEA People Services team (Human Resources) to provide full administrative support to employees primarily the UK and Ireland, but at times, also the rest of the EMEA region as and when required.
  • Using our ticketing system to resolve a high volume of incoming queries promptly, ensuring to utilise your knowledge and people skills to resolve and resolve complex/sensitive queries.
  • Assisting in the hiring process of employees including generating contracts, conducting right-to-work/visa checks, and coordinating probationary periods
  • Employee data management - accurately updating and storing employee details throughout the employee lifecycle; ensuring data compliance with GDPR regulations; conducting regular audits on data quality.
  • Supporting the Northen Europe HR Advisory and Business Partner team's with ad hoc data requests and projects
  • Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports from Workday (our HR system) and GMS (our time-management system).
  • Coordinating HR processes e.g., absence management, family leave, etc.
  • Producing correspondence emails, letters, and contractual documentation as and when required.
  • Working in collaboration with core business functions including Payroll, Global Mobility, Finance, and Recruitment
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
