Part Qualified Commercial Business Partner (Pricing) - Solihull/Hybrid - Up to £46,000 + Study Support

A market leading organisation based in Solihull is seeking a Part Qualified Commercial Finance BP to drive them to success. The Commercial Business Partner bridges finance and other business functions, providing insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance.

This role works with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Operations to align financial objectives with business goals and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis on revenue, costs, and profitability to identify trends and risks.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyse variances and explain margin performance against targets.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario modelling to support business initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to optimise operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, product and customer profitability.
• Evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts for financial viability.
• Support decision-making with financial insights and risk assessments.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Wil be a Part Qualified Finance professional who is studying their ACCA/CIMA or AAT.
• Experience working within a fast paced sector desireable.
• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, and business partnering in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; Will be well versed in reporting systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
