The role of Operations Team Leader in Birmingham will involve:

Working Friday-Monday (Friday-Sunday 06:00-18:00 and Monday 18:00-06:00)
Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues
Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Regular and effective communication with the customer
Implementing process improvements within the department
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures
Monitoring and reporting on team performance
