The Role:

• Behavioural Guidance: Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Resource Management: Assist in preparing and organising educational materials, ensuring resources are available and accessible for effective learning.
• Student Engagement: Motivate and encourage students to actively participate in classroom activities, fostering a love for learning.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on student progress, providing valuable insights to teachers to aid in the development of personalised learning plans.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with teachers, parents, and students to support student development and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, particularly in a support role.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students, teachers, and parents.
• Empathy and Patience: Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
