As the Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the on-site team, overseeing all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems and services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring all systems are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitoring and managing service partners to deliver optimal performance.
• Conducting audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Supporting sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Acting as a technical advisor to both the client and the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong technical background, with experience in M&E or building services management.
• A track record of managing large-scale projects and technical teams.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or a related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
