Location: Staffordshire (3 days a week on-site)

Role Overview: As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end management accounts and commercial accounting processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and inquisitive professional to make a significant impact within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts.
• Analysis of financial performance and providing insights for business decision-making.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Commercial accounting responsibilities, including cost management and financial reporting.
• Working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and support strategic initiatives.
• Enhancing financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of COINS (Construction Industry Solutions) software is highly advantageous.
• Ideally you will have worked for a Construction company previously
• Proven experience in management accounts and commercial accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
