Our client is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of a large-scale warehousing system in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex civil engineering projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution, managing the entire lifecycle from conception to completion while ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Design and engineering coordination by collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize detailed designs and specifications.
- Contract and procurement management, overseeing negotiations, procurement processes, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Budget and cost control, developing and monitoring project budgets, controlling costs while ensuring financial transparency.
- Stakeholder management, acting as the primary liaison for clients, investors, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Construction oversight, supervising site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to meet quality benchmarks and project milestones.
- Risk management, identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Team leadership, leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Project reporting and documentation, maintaining thorough documentation and providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale civil engineering projects, with at least 10 years at a management level.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (preferred).
