Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3

Salary: Up to £25,000

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join our client’s growing nursery team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and education for children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports their early development.

The nursery is housed in a beautifully renovated building with a large garden and outdoor space for children to explore and enjoy. Our client is committed to ongoing personal and professional development, offering opportunities for training and career growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience working in a nursery setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and nurturing approach to working with children

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Provide high-quality care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Build positive and professional relationships with parents and families, ensuring clear and open communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery environment
• Observe and record children’s development, contributing to assessments and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and room leaders to create a welcoming and inclusive setting
