We are seeking a temporary administrator to support our client based in Ledbury for a 3-month temporary project focused on COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) administration.
Working Hours & Salary:
£11.72 per hour.
Monday - Friday
Full-time: 37 hours per week preferred.
Part-time: Minimum 30 hours per week may be considered.Key Responsibilities:
Identify COSHH sheets that need to be completed and determine their location (e.g., COSHH cabinets across the site).
Download relevant safety data sheets (SDS) from suppliers' websites to align with the chemicals/substances used.
Extract key information from SDSs and create accurate COSHH sheets.
Organise COSHH sheets in their respective cabinets and maintain an up-to-date index displayed on the cabinet exterior.
Update the master COSHH log on the shared drive to reflect the latest information.
Any other admin duites Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
