JHE & Partners are working with a fantastic and well-known manufacturer in Bradford who are looking for a management accountant after significant growth. This is a superb opportunity joining a national player in their field as they look to increase their presence and double their turnover in the coming years.

Backed by a successful group, this role is working as part of a well-established team, reporting into the finance director. You will ideally be a newly qualified candidate, looking to develop and grow within the business. The role requires someone with good commercial experience, to take responsibility of the management accounts pack, working closely with the financial controller and wider finance team in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties include:

• Producing the month-end management accounts pack
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist the FC with quarterly financial reporting for the parent group
• Consult with external auditors at year-end
• Prepare the annual budget and forecasting
• Producing an array of monthly reports and feeding back internally
• Supporting senior leadership and wider finance team

Experience and qualifications required

• Ideally a recently qualified accountant or finalist in CIMA / ACCA / ACA
• Previous manufacturing experience (desired)
• Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive finance team
• Excellent IT skills
