We have a great opportunity for a legal assistant or paralegal to join the conveyancing department of a highly respected firm based in Sutton Coldfield. This firm are looking for a friendly, ambitious and customer focussed individual to assist with a range of matters, to work alongside, and learn from, senior legal professionals.Typical matters that will be dealt with include:

• general administrative responsibilities
• manage sale files with little supervision
• draft search and mortgage reports, and assist with enquiries
• liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders
