Lead Dynamics Developer

Annual Salary: £64,000 - £70,000

Day-to-day of the role:

Work within a multi-disciplined team to build enterprise-grade services using MS Dynamics and Power Apps.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a proactive and accountable environment.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues, ensuring high service quality.
Contribute to the department's technical strategy and participate in the development of new technologies and methodologies.
Engage in formal line management duties and lead in delivering technical solutions for large projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience leading technical solutions in large projects.
Proficient in modern delivery models such as Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
Strong advocate of DevOps principles.
Experience working in a Microsoft Azure Cloud-first team and with Azure DevOps.
Technical expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and/or PowerApps platform.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Deep understanding of architectural principles such as SOA and Micro-Services.
Experience in writing Unit Testing.
