Hyperion Partners are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury residential developer in London, known for creating some of the city’s most exclusive and high-end living spaces. Our client is looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join their team, providing first-class service to residents and ensuring the smooth running of their iconic developments.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Concierge, you will be the face of the development, delivering an exceptional level of service to residents and guests. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming residents and visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Assisting with a wide range of resident requests, from booking services to handling deliveries and managing access to the building.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any queries or concerns, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Liaising with maintenance and security teams to ensure the building is always presented and operated to the highest standards.
  • Overseeing the security of the building, managing entry and exit points and monitoring CCTV where necessary.
  • Coordinating with external service providers to arrange bookings such as transport, cleaning, and dining reservations on behalf of residents.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of all daily activities, requests, and resident interactions.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a similar position within a luxury residential development, five-star hotel, or private members' club. Key skills and qualities include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Concierge or front-of-house role within a luxury environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with high-net-worth individuals.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to anticipating residents' needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
  • Discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility with working hours, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
