As a Female Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older individuals in a purpose-built extra care setting. Your role will involve:

Building trusting therapeutic relationships with service users
Providing respectful personal care tailored to individual needs
Encouraging and supporting an active and fulfilling lifestyle
Ensuring the well-being, dignity, and independence of service users
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with shifts between 07:00 - 22:00, including nights, sleep-ins, weekends, and public holidays, depending on service needs.What you need

A genuine passion for supporting older adults
Good communication skills and a caring nature
A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
