Site Manager
Derbyshire based - (Some staying away required)
£45,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Progression + Pool Car and Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + Overtime Rates

Great Opportunity for a Site Manager to work on some of the biggest UK sporting events for a company who put employee wellbeing first, can offer progression to Project Manager, and a chance to work across the UK on prestigious events.

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor who has worked on temporary events? Are you looking for a role where no two days will be the same, and have the chance to progress to Project Manager?

This company are market leaders in what they do and over the last 18 months have tripled headcount across the business. They provide temporary and permanent structures to events all over the UK and are looking to continue the rapid growth they are going through. Due to an increase in workload, they now require Site Managers to work on these projects which are UK-wide so staying away will be required at times, as well as rare occasions where you could work on these same projects across Europe (e.g. Ryder Cup).

In this role you will manage fast-paced projects from start to finish, working to tight deadlines and a high standard. You will ensure all health & safety is adhered to, manage sub-contractors, complete risk assessments, liaise with the operations team, and ensure company procedures and policies are followed.
