They have a vacancy for a Carpenter/Plumber to join the Team covering the Portsmouth area.

Duties include:

A wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties.
The work will include; fitting of varioustypes of doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, repairing minor leaks, replacing sanitary wear, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given)
Essential Qualifications:

2 - 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment
NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent.
