This is the minimum and maximum number of hours a week. They are looking for Senior Healthcare assistants who are flexible and can-do alternate weekends.

Job Description - Senior Healthcare assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person centred in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.

Requirements - Senior Healthcare assistant

Medication Trained

NVQ 3

*

Ideally experience within Elderly or Dementia

experience working within a similar role previously

If you are a Senior Healthcare assistant who has medication training and their NVQ level 3 in health and social care. You would be considered a good fit for the role due to them both being requirements for the role.
