* £31,000 a year (including shift allowance)

* 3 shift pattern - Days, Backs and Nights

An international manufacturing company are looking for a highly skilled Process Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a food/chemical/pharmaceutical industry, and be comfortable following complex production plans.

What You'll Bring to the Team

* A background within food / pharma / chemical manufacturing is highly desirable

* Ability to implement continuous improvement ideas

* Excellent attention to detail - you'll be following production processes with complex instructions

* Fork Lift License is highly desirable but training will be provided

What You'll Be Doing

* Working from standard operations as part of a team, following batch instructions

* Helping your team to hit daily and weekly production output targets

* Using Lean Tools to ensure your work is as efficient as possible

* Following precise processes to guarantee the highest quality product

Shift Times

* Day shift - Monday to Saturday 6am till 2pm

* Backs - Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm

* Nights - Sunday to Friday 10pm till 6am
