Position: Production Operative

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Wincanton

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operative to join our rapidly growing food manufacturing business in Wincanton. As part of a small team within a family-run company, you will play a crucial role in our growth story as a passionate, quality-driven, and environmentally-friendly food manufacturer.

Operate machinery to meet specified standards
Pack finished products according to company guidelines
Maintain high food safety standards at all times
Ensure a clean and safe working environment
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing within the food industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt. While not required, possessing a Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP training, or an FLT licence will be advantageous.

As a Production Operative, you should have previous experience working in the food industry, ideally operating machinery within a bottling plant.
