About the role:

They are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team. In this role, you will:

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless communication flow.

* Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate and oversee post-construction care, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.

* Work closely with project teams to understand customer requirements and manage expectations effectively.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.

* Monitor the progress of aftercare tasks and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service operations
