Responsibilities:

• Posting cash across various entities in multiple currencies.
• Carrying out bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and coordinating payments via online banking systems.
• Conducting fortnightly payment runs.
• Month end activities - review and clearance of control accounts, monthly analysis reporting for FX hedging.
• Management of mailbox and ad-hoc query resolution.
• Online banking systems administration and bank guarantees.
• Assisting with audit queries.

Requirements:

• Actively studying towards AAT qualification.
• Prior experience within an accounting environment.
• Multi-currency experience (ideal).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
