AVK UK are a leading global manufacturer of valves and fittings to the water and gas industry. Due to expansion and a rise in demand we are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in intelligent water and pressure monitoring solutions.
This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and promoting AVK's smart water and pressure management technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Generating sales opportunities for our smart water and pressure monitoring management products.
* Owning customer engagement strategy for all accounts.
* Maintaining, developing and managing service offer agreements with supply chain, service delivery team and commercial management.
* Working with the wider team across the UK to ensure AVK UK is a leading provider of smart water and pressure management monitoring solutions
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
* Previous sales experience working within the water industry across the UK and Ireland
* Have knowledge of water systems: DMA management and leakage data loggers and equipment.
* Have excellent communication skills and be curious and have willingness to learn the company's business
* UK wide travel is expected with this role with overnight stays ocassionally.
