Freelance Structural Engineer

£40.00-£42.00 per hour

Small up and coming engineering practice in Chelmsford is achieving great results and they need to bring in a structural engineer on a part time basis to help cover their growing workload.

You will work with the Director on domestic projects, running the calculations and producing CAD drawings. Your project workload will include work from private developers, contractors, architects and private clients.

Our client designs and supervises schemes within the residential, commercial, education, retail and industrial sectors and can include anything from private homes to high-rise structures, housing developments and town centre regeneration.

Initially they only need someone to work 5 hours a week, but this could increase as their workload increases.

On offer is a generous hourly rate and hybrid working.
