Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) - Toddler Room

Full-Time Hours

Salary: Up to £30,000

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years childcare, a nurturing demeanour, and the ability to lead a team in providing high-quality care for toddlers.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in early years.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a toddler room setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and commitment to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for toddlers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A warm, nurturing, and respectful approach to working with toddlers and young children.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the toddler nursery room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Supervise and support a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance, training, and encouragement.
  • Create and implement age-appropriate activities and routines to support the development of each child in your care.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring open communication and partnership in their child's care.
  • Maintain and uphold all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements and safeguarding practices.
