• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, managing inbound enquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert on mortgage products.
• Conduct fact-finds with members, offering advice and recommendations to suit their needs.
• Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and encouraging engagement.
