The UK’s largest distributor to convenience retailers is looking to add to their marketing team by recruiting a Marketing Campaign Manager to work with some of the leading brands and categories of fast-moving goods. Working in a large dynamic marketing team you will oversee marketing campaigns for third-party brands. Planning and executing a variety of marketing initiatives you will manage these campaign end to end, working with internal departments, external agencies and third-party brands. Working from purpose-built offices based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre you will be working in a culture that fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values creativity, accountability and growth.

What will you do as the Marketing Campaign Manager ?

  • Strategies, lead and manage multiple go-to-market projects
  • Develop robust project plans for marketing campaigns, outlining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Collaborate with partner brands to align project goals with their unique market strategies, brand guidelines, and target audience
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to refine and innovate marketing approaches
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to trade and consumers
  • Advertising, in-store activations, content creation, digital, and events, ensure alignment with both distribution and brand objectives

What do you need as a Marketing Campaign Manager?

  • Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • Managing marketing campaigns/marketing project management
  • Previous FMCG or Marketing agency experience
  • Demonstrable problem solving with the capacity to adapt quickly to changes
