Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential and high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion with high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management for residential and high-rise projects.
• High End, Residential, RC Frame, High Rise, & Flat Knowledge & Experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
