Reward Advisor / £40,000 - £45,000 / Remote

We are currently on the search for a Reward Advisor with around 2+ years experience in the Rewards space to sit with the People Team and provide Analysis and Data insight.

- Analysis and evaluation of data which provides data insights to Total Reward, HR and the wider business

- Supporting the pay review processes including data validation and integrity checks

- Ongoing maintenance of the job architecture

- Completing salary survey submissions and provision of benchmarking data using Willis Towers Watson and other surveys to support compensation processes
