Role Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and contributing to the growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Overseeing accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their key point of contact
- Providing strategic advice to clients to support their financial growth and success
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their development
- Monitoring workflows to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in practice
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver excellent service
- Strong technical knowledge in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is advantageous
