About the Role:

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in a vibrant and diverse school environment? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our school community in Harrow. This full-time, long-term position offers a unique opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, assisting in covering classes and planning lessons. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and inspiring students to achieve their best.

Applicants Should:

• Hold relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

• Have experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and planning skills.

• Be adaptable and ready to cover classes when necessary.

• Show enthusiasm for working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
