Interim Director of Shared Services - Finance - Hybrid London - £80,000 - £125,000 per annum

We are supporting a highly-respected business who are a global market leader in their field and who are now looking to recruit a Director of Shared Services for their London office. They partner with an impressive client list across a number of sectors and they have an exceptionally engaging, supportive and credible Senior Leadership Team.

If you’re looking to work for a business with very genuine people and within a business where you can make a noticeable influence to the direction of the shared services function, this could be the ideal opportunity.

This hybrid position oversees the AP, AR, treasury and transactional finance functions and your remit will be include reviewing current processes and procedures, identifying and recommending improvements and subsequently driving those efficiencies.

As expected, you will need to have exceptional communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders of all levels both internally as well as external contacts and you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing, motivating and developing a team.

A background within other large company service centres is a distinct advantage as is a relevant qualification.
