Role Responsibilities - Managing a portfolio of clients, providing top-notch tax advice and support
- Leading and mentoring a team of five tax professionals, helping them grow and develop
- Handling a variety of tax advisory work, with a focus on personal tax, but mixed experience is welcomed
- Overseeing tax compliance to ensure all deadlines are met and work is accurate
- Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless, comprehensive service to clients
- Supporting and training junior staff to ensure they deliver quality work
- Staying updated on tax regulations and offering clients proactive solutions

Candidate Requirements - 5 years of experience for Manager level or 3 years for Supervisor level in a tax-focused role
- Strong background in personal tax (a mix with corporate tax is fine too)
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Confident in handling a portfolio of clients and delivering advisory services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
