Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for a part-time role that fits around school hours? We are working with a growing, well-established manufacturing business in Mansfield that is looking for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to join their team.
The Role: As a key part of the finance team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Purchase Ledger function and general finance administration. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role with work-life balance in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Processing purchase invoices and handling supplier payments
- Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting with finance-related administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider finance team as needed
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in a Finance Admin role
- Knowledge of Purchase Ledger processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
