Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA) Level 2 - Hourly Rate: £13.43

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) Level 2 to join our nurturing nursery team. This role offers flexibility in hours and days, making it ideal for those who require adaptable working patterns. Whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time position, we can accommodate your needs.
Day-to-day of the role: - Support the delivery of educational activities and structured play.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment, including continuous provision
- Provide support to individual children and small groups to facilitate learning and development.
- Observe and report on the progress of children.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Collaborate with the nursery staff to plan and coordinate activities.
- Engage with children to foster their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Childcare or Education.
- Experience working within a nursery or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team.
- A caring and patient approach with the ability to engage young children.
