Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client.

The position is full time, permanent.

Duties:

* Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.

* Implement planning and scheduling of regular maintenance tasks.

* Support production operations across the business.

* Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.

* Manage spare parts inventory.

* Address emergency maintenance issues promptly.

* Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports.

* Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

* Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical experience.

* Proven experience in repairing production equipment (experience with dental manufacturing production is advantageous).

* Familiarity with CMMS.

* Experience in conducting PPM on assets.

* Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

* Experience with repair and maintenance of CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and furnaces.

* Experience in installing new equipment.

* Knowledge of G-code or Dental milling machines is a plus but not essential.

Salary: Up to £39,000 (Dependent on experience).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
