Senior Payroll Specialist- Bracknell- Permanent- £35,000-£40,000

IN2 Consult is partnering with a well known SME on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing function. This role will join a well estbalished, friendly team

and have the chance to make a big impact on the wider business. 

The Key Duties of this role include:

Processing payroll for 700+ employees
Maintaining the payroll system
Managing the holiday allocation within the payroll system.
Providing guidance on payroll legislation
Processing new starters, inputting hours worked into Sage Payroll, overtime, and expense claims.
Calculation of statutory payments and attachment of earnings.
Completing all RTI submissions to HMRC.
Maintaining pension records and uploading monthly files and payments to the NEST and Scottish Widows and People Pensions.
Preparing and sending out of pay slips, P45's, P60's
Dealing with payroll queries and running reports as required by auditors and line management
The key requires for this role include:

Proven experience in a payroll enviroment
Experience in processing 500+ UK employee payrolls
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
Experience in working with a payroll system (Sage, ADP etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills
