Job Title: Process Operative - Surface Treatment

Location: Stroud

Hours: 39 hours per week - Day Shift (Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Friday: 7:30 am-3:00 pm, with a 30-minute daily unpaid break)

Salary: £11.95 - £13

Key Responsibilities of a Process Operative - Surface Treatment:

* Prepare components for surface treatment, including masking, media blasting, and waxing.

* Process components in accordance with detailed process instructions and data sheets.

* Accurately record processing times and outcomes for surface treatment operations.

* Promote and uphold a safety-first culture within the workplace.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Surface Treatment department and the wider business.

Key Skills of a Process Operative - Surface Treatment:
