Are you a qualified Planner with extensive experience in the private sector? My client's team is expanding their Oxford office and they are on the hunt for a Senior or Principal Planner to join their growing team.
Your Role:
* Providing commercial and specific planning advice
* Proactively managing engagement with the local planning authority and other stakeholders
* Providing robust evidence to support the planning case
* Preparing high quality planning submissions and Development Plan Representations
* Representing the clients' commercial interests throughout the planning process
* Mentoring more junior members of staff
About you:
* MRTPI qualified
* Numerous years experience in a planning consultancy or local authority
* Be pro active, a good team player and able to manage a demanding workload
* Show enthusiasm and think outside the box
* A full UK driving licence
* Plans to develop and excel in your career
