recycling and environmental sustainability sector to recruit a
commercial administrator to join their team in Smethwick!
The RoleAs a Commercial Administrator, you'll be supporting the trading, factory, sales, and contracts teams with all aspects of their commercial and administrative requirements.
- Providing customer reports
- Preparing and distributing customer schedules and pricing lists
- Creating and issuing contracts on internal systems
- Resolve internal queries
- Liaise with transport and weighbridge personnel
- Handle admin related customer queries
- Ensure strong contact links with existing suppliers and customers
Required Skills & ExperienceWe're ideally looking for individuals with exceptional organisation skills who are able to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multi-task daily. Other key skills include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good problem solving skills
- Competent with MS office and learning internal systems
- Ability to work well as part of a team
