Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to students with autism in SEN schools.
Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
Manage and support students with diverse learning and behavioural needs.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' educational growth.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential).
