Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with over a year of experience in Personal Injury (PI) and/or Clinical Negligence? Are you seeking a new challenge? The team works closely with other specialist departments within the firm to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Legal Assistant / Paralegal, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a well-established and highly regarded Personal Injury team. You'll focus on specific aspects of the PI and clinical negligence process, providing essential assistance to fee earners. The work involves a wide range of matters: minor and severe, including brain injuries, back & spinal injuries, as well as cycling accidents, surgery claims, dental & eye-related claims etc. The team represents a diverse range of businesses and organisations, from sole traders to large corporations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners in the management of a caseload.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and medical practitioners, and keeping all parties informed of progress.
- Drafting legal documents and preparing routine correspondence.
- Updating and maintaining the case management system.
