We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to work for an establised company based in Billericay, reporting into the Finance Manager.

Responsbilities:

• Chasing customers for overdue/outstanding payments via both email and telephone.
• Following up on queries and resolving any issues by liaising with internal departments and customers in a timely manner.
• Raising Sales Invoices via company software
• Maintain accurate records of chasing activity
• Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
• Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
• Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
• Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
• Undertake account reconciliations as required
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
• Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time
• Simple, KPI reporting

Experience:

• 2+ years experience working in Credit Controlhallmark ca
