The Role
This is an excellent Senior Civil CAD Technician role, working for a company with a great reputation in their field. The Civil CAD Technician will hold a Technical Draftsman/CAD Operator Certificate or equivalent, have in-depth knowledge of CAD drawing tools and knowledge of European Concrete Design Standards to provide CAD drafting for civil structures.

The Company
The Senior Civil CAD Technician will join a company which provides global design, engineering and consultancy support, primarily in the natural gas and petrochemical markets. The Civil CAD Technician will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is fully onsite in Munich.

What's Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

• Strong experience using CAD drawing tools and working in the civil construction industry

• Will hold a Technical Draftsman/Technician/ CAD Operator Certificate or equivalent

• Experience using AutoCAD, Nemetschek or Tekla)

• Good knowledge of detailing in accordance with European Concrete Design Standards is a plus

• Having a strong understanding of civil structural design rules and engineering practices will also help
