Methods are looking for an API Gateway Developer for an ongoing project. Due to the nature of the role, Live Security Clearance is required.

You will:

Design, develop, and deploy APIs using Axway Amplify API Gateway.
Implement API security, traffic management, and monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize API integrations for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.

Skills Required:

3-5 years of experience with Axway Amplify API Gateway.
Strong knowledge of API design (REST, SOAP), security protocols (OAuth, JWT), and web services.
Proficient in XML, JSON, and related API data formats.
Experience with API versioning, traffic management, and monitoring.
SC Cleared

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website.
