We are seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Non-Working Supervisor/Site Manager to oversee and manage our groundworks projects.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in groundworks and will be responsible for managing multiple sites or overseeing long-term projects at a single location. This is a hands-off supervisory role, where you will be focused on coordination, quality control, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage multiple groundworks projects across different locations in the Midlands.

* Conduct site visits to ensure projects are running smoothly and to a high standard.

* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure effective communication.

* Ensure all groundworks are executed in line with project specifications and health and safety regulations.

* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring that all works meet quality control standards.

* Resolve any on-site issues and ensure projects stay on schedule.

* Prepare and submit site reports, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in groundworks and site management.

* Proven track record in managing construction teams and subcontractors.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or focus on long-term, larger projects.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Midlands.
