We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor for our clients contact centre in Hinckley.

For this Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor opportunity you must have experience within customer service, ideally over phone and email

Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor

Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
Responding to customer enquires
Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
Dealing with any customer complaints
Interpreting customer concerns and comments
Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managedBenefits:

The right individual must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
